POSTAGE - FREIGHT: items will only be shipped to Australia and New Zealand.

RETURN POLICY: Items cannot be returned unless defective. If defective they must be returned with original packaging and evidence of defect. Return must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the item originally.

REFUNDS: No refunds unless the puzzle is returned AND defective.

PACKAGING: Please retain packaging if you are returning the puzzle. Must be shipped in box with bubble wrap.

LARGE ORDERS: Must have street address provided.
